Our range comprises plant-based proteins, extrudates, flours, oils and fats for a wide variety of recipes, applications and manufacturing processes. Depending on the recipe and manufacturing process, protein content, fatty acid profile, particle size, fat content, sensory properties and functional properties can be decisive.

In our protein mill in Wiggensbach, we process selected plant-based raw materials into functional ingredients for the food industry. This is where our Heliaflor® sunflower proteins, among others, are made. In this way, we combine in-house processing expertise with short lines of communication and a clear understanding of the requirements of modern product development.

A reliable ingredient starts with suitable raw materials and controlled processing. From seed to specification, we take a holistic view of your application and help you to select the right ingredient for your recipe and manufacturing process.
