Product description
Organic hemp protein is a plant protein made from organic hemp seeds with a typical sensory profile. The green-brown powder is characterised by its distinctive taste and is suitable as a plant-based raw material for a wide range of food concepts.
For its production, the organic hemp seeds are hulled and mechanically pressed. The resulting product is then dried, milled into flour and finally heat-treated.
Organic hemp protein is characterised by a balanced amino acid profile. Thanks to its product-typical taste, it can be used in a wide range of food recipes. In baking recipes, up to 25 % of the flour can be replaced by hemp protein.
