Soya Bean Oil cold-pressed, organic

Cold-pressed organic soybean oil is a care oil rich in linoleic acid with a property that sets it apart from all other plant oils: the highest natural lecithin content. The orange-brownish oil has a typical nutty scent and brings functional benefits to the formulation in addition to care.

We obtain it from organic soybeans by gentle cold pressing – natural and unrefined, so that the lecithin and accompanying substances are fully preserved.

This is exactly what pays off in formulation: the high linoleic acid content makes soybean oil a well-tolerated, quickly absorbed care oil that retains moisture without leaving a greasy feel. The natural lecithin also has a beneficial effect on the consistency of emulsions and oil blends – a base oil that effectively works as a co-emulsifier in creams and lotions.
