Product description
StoppOx® Lipid is a ready-to-use antioxidant system for stabilising oil phases. The formulation combines natural antioxidants in a lipid base and can be incorporated directly into oils, fats, butters and anhydrous formulations.
The product grade is designed to meet the requirements of certified natural cosmetics. Because the formulation is ready-made, StoppOx® Lipid can be incorporated into the oil phase without pre-dispersion and allows homogeneous distribution within the formulation.
StoppOx® Lipid was developed to stabilise plant oils, fats and blends. It is particularly suitable for formulations containing oxidation-sensitive plant oils and is used in the oil phase. Depending on the formulation and stability requirements, the recommended dosage is typically between 0.4 and 0.6%.
The product can be used in facial and body oils, balms, butters and other anhydrous cosmetic formulations.
