Packaging protects our high-quality raw materials during storage and transport. At the same time, we aim to use packaging material as efficiently as possible, reuse it or return it to a suitable recycling loop.
That is why, at AOT, we rely on different pack sizes, suitable food-grade packaging and well-thought-out solutions for shipping and packaging material.

Always the right size |
Our different pack sizes are suitable for large-volume buyers as well as smaller manufacturers and start-ups. Depending on the product, we offer packaging units from 1 kg as well as larger containers up to drums and IBCs. This allows you to choose the quantity that best matches your requirements and reduces unnecessary packaging material. |

Protection for our valuable raw materials |
For transport, we use suitable containers that reliably protect our products against contamination and damage. The materials used meet the requirements applicable to our products. Used IBCs are reused wherever possible. Metal drums that cannot be used again are returned to the appropriate recycling loop. |

Shipping with CO₂ offsetting |
For our UPS shipments, we use the carrier’s carbon neutral service. The CO₂ emissions calculated for the transport are offset through climate protection projects. In this way, we extend our packaging optimisation measures to the transport of our products as well. |

Resource-conserving packaging materials |
To protect our products, we use, among other things, crumpled paper made from recycled paper. The material protects the goods during transport and can be recycled via the paper cycle. When sealing the cartons, we also make sure they are as easy as possible to dispose of and use paper packing tape. |

Closed-loop paper recycling |
At our site, too, we consistently separate and recycle paper and cardboard. Through our paper recycling management, the paper that accumulates is collected and returned to the recycling loop. |
