Because it is not refined, the oil retains its characteristic colour, subtle natural odour and natural accompanying substances.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrom a formulation perspective, the low-oleic grade is characterised in particular by its high proportion of linoleic acid, complemented by oleic acid and palmitic acid. Sunflower oil also contains vitamin E. The oil can be used as a base oil in oil blends and emulsions. Its characteristic natural odour should be taken into account when developing the fragrance concept, and its fatty acid profile rich in linoleic acid when planning the antioxidant stabilisation of the formulation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe product is suitable for facial and body oils, creams and lotions, oil blends, cleansing and bath products and other cosmetic formulations. For formulations with a more neutral sensory profile, sunflower oil is also available as a refined low-oleic (LO) grade.
