It is characterised by its content of behenic acid, a long-chain fatty acid that complements the distinctive fatty acid profile of moringa seed oil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn formulation terms, moringa seed oil is characterised by a high proportion of oleic acid, complemented by behenic acid as well as palmitic and stearic acid. The oil has high oxidative stability, absorbs quickly and leaves a light sensory profile.
