The results relate to the in-vitro test system and do not allow direct conclusions about the effect on the skin or in finished cosmetic formulations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe raw material is obtained from the seeds of organic pomegranates, which arise as a side stream of juice production and are further processed as part of an upcycling concept. AOT PunicActive® organic contains punicic acid in particular, typically at a share of 70 to 90%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIts liquid form makes AOT PunicActive® organic easy to incorporate into cosmetic formulations. The product is preferably added to the oil phase and is suitable for oil-based formulations and emulsions. It is heat-stable and can be heated to up to 80 °C during processing.
